CDS
is currently accepting new and outside
patients at the following clinical locations:
Our Headquarters at 636 Broadway Street
NE, Minneapolis and at Andersen, Dayton's
Bluff, Fraser, Glendale, McKnight, North East Head Start, North East Middle School,
and Townhall. In-house patients are seen
at North Star, Ruth Benner, and Whittier.
