Fundraising
CDS is a nonprofit corporation and is tax exempt
under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue
Code. Contributions to CDS are tax deductible
and CDS is exempt from sales and use tax under
Minnesota law. CDS is always looking for dental
equipment donations, children's books, toys,
etc. If you would like more information

Board of Directors
Board members do not receive compensation.
Board Meetings
CDS has alternating bimonthly full
board and executive committee meetings. Standing
committees are the following: Finance Committee,
Nominating Committee, Planning and Evaluation
Committee, Personnel Committee.
