provides dental care in the thirty clinical sites
listed below as well as mobile care. CDS is currently
accepting new and outside patients at twenty-two out of our thirty sites. Services provided only
to children attending specific institutions are indicated in the list below. Mobile care locations are also available in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Fridley, Columbia Heights, Brooklyn Center, Newport, Forest Lake, and Stillwater. In February 2008, CDS launched mobile services in Duluth, MN.
